Air pollution in pubs, clubs, hotels, restaurants, offices, supermarkets, departments stores, waiting rooms, beauty salons and other public & commercial locations can be five to ten times higher than outdoor pollution. The Bio Air has been specially designed, developed and manufactured in Australia to easily and efficiently respond to this problem. The Bio Air works on ionisation cleaning techniques. Its eight negative ion emitters flood the area with charged ions, which combine with any other particles in the air, such as tobacco, smoke, odours, dust etc. These particles are then sucked into and trapped within a triple layer filtration system, including an electro-static filter, which acts like a magnet. This cycle continually repeats, cleaning the air to sub-micron levels. Pre-filters and activated charcoal-carbon filtration complete the production process, producing clean, crisp, fresh air.

By volume, the Bio Air will throughput an amazing 950 cubic metres of air per hour, with an effective range of 205 square metres. That’s an area 20 x 10 metres! Its negative ion output is rated at 12Kv, or better than 1.2 million per cubic centimetre @ 1 metre. This is Australia’s highest efficiency in commercial air cleaning at 99% at sub-micron levels.

With a maximum power consumption of just 75 watts per hour, the Bio Air uses approx the power of a 75-watt light globe. Normal filter life expectancy is 2000hr per set dependant upon conditions.
